Please refer to the original complaint submitted on 8/26/It is the basis for contacting Revdex.comI am rejecting the merchant's response received on 9/30/The response doesn't address, support or justify the real issue at hand. That is, the amount of time my mother and I waited to be served and the manner in which service was renderedNever was there a utterance of greeting, apology or thank you by the merchantSeveral years earlier we patronized the store when it was located in Cedarburg WIClearly, we didn't expect this type of serviceNevertheless, we were familiar with the variety of merchandise and followed our plan of purchase. Consequently, this type of exchange warranted a complaint to the Revdex.comBoth my mother and I are retired professionals and deal with adversity in that mannerFor the record, after waiting for such a long time I made the initial approach for serviceI also requested a printout of measurements for quilts to calculate the amount of material needed for our projectMaterial Matters in Thiensville WI has failed to submit a written letter of apology as a resolveBased on the underlined response by the merchant, this patron regards the purchase as Ill-Gotten Gain by the merchant. Therefore, to resolve this matter, I want my mother to be refunded for her purchaseThe merchandise is available for immediate refundRevdex.com is encouraged to mediate and expedite this transaction.

This customer was in the store and I remeber it differentlyI was busy with several other customers on that dayI greet everyone with a "Hello" when they enter my storeThe monther and daugther that have filed this claim were looking for help and I could not give them an "answer" to
how much fabric they needed, due to the fact they could not tell me how big they quilt they were making would be: or how many blocks were going to be in the quiltThey wanted me to tell them how much to buy for this project and I didint know how to make the calculations needed for themThey did wait for my helpI was with other customers when they came in, but I could have had all day and not been able to help themYou need to have certain pieces for information to be able to calculate fabric requirements if you are not working with a patternThese ladies wanted to make it out of childrens clothes from her daughters childhoodThat is wonderful! you need to have an idea as to how big and how many blocks and how big each block will beEvery question I asked them was answered with an "I don't know" Yet they expected me to know.They were upset and I apologized several times for not knowing for them.The daughter decided that she would take four yards of two fabrics as she figured that would be enoughI told her four total would be most likely more than enoughShe decided to purchase three of eachI actually tried to prevent her from buying too much!My question for them is....If I treated yu poorly and was rude, why did you stay for a half an hour according to the complaint, and spend over $only to turn me in for such a claim to the Revdex.com? After their departure, I actually had a customer compliment me on my restraint while helping themI dont wish for anyone to leave my store and not be happyI feel I did the best I could in this situation.***

Please refer to the original complaint submitted on 8/26/15. It is the basis for contacting Revdex.com. I am rejecting the merchant's response received on 9/30/15. The store does not have a refund policy. When yardage is cut off the bolts, and purchased, it is not returnable. The quality of the product is not the issue of this complaint. I am sorry that the experience has caused such an issue. The quilt she is making for her daughter is and will be a treasure. I wish her enjoyment on the journey of her creation.[redacted]

All About Water has already responded to this Mrs. [redacted]'s complaint to our office. She says that we are a scam but the facts do not show this. We have many positive reviews in many locations including [redacted] and [redacted]. Even [redacted] has positive raves amongst the negative rants....

The way [redacted] sorts their recommended from non-recommended reviews skews this though. If you continue to the bottom of the page, there is a link to read other reviews on us. Many of these are positive. All About Water sent Mrs. [redacted] the following response: On January 22nd, we installed an ERR 3502 R30 to a loop provided at [redacted]. The documentation on both the contract and the plans page reveal that we were to connect solely to the loop provided to us. On April 28th, we received your call stating that you were experiencing hard water spots and a chlorine smell. We responded to the call by scheduling a visit to follow up on the equipment. Today, [redacted] visited the home to test and check the water refiner. He found the following: the builder installed loop is connected to the COLD SIDE only. This is highly irregular. Our opinion is that there was a mistake made when the loop was installed, and the builder plumbed the home incorrectly. You were quoted the prices necessary to correct the builder installed loop. You and I spoke briefly regarding what has transpired at the home. I do understand your grief regarding the problem with the loop, however, your grief is displaced. All About Water has done nothing more than connected to a loop provided to us by another entity. We were never made privy to this information prior to our tech discovering it today when testing the water. Per our conversation, you nor your husband were aware either that this  was the case. I offered to have an installer come visit with you all to explain the installation process and answer any questions regarding why this has occurred. This offer was rejected. You mentioned that you only wanted us to come back to "fix" our wrongdoing. We have done no wrong. The system is working to specifications and as intended. The plumbing is what needs changed. At this point, you have made it very clear that you do not believe anything we are communicating or suggesting to you. When a customer does not trust their vendor/ service provider, a solution that satisfies both parties is hard to agree upon. This is what we recommend happens from here. You make a choice:1. We can come and remove the equipment and have [redacted] refund your money. Keep in mind that you will discover whomever you contract with to install a new water softener will have the same issue. The loop is plumbed to the COLD SIDE only. However, we feel so strongly that this is the case, that we are willing to reverse the fees and disconnect the water refiner. We have never had to refund a customer's money through Costco, so I have placed a call to Costco (corporate office) asking for the procedures to complete this transaction. I expect a call back tomorrow from Costco. 2. You can contact the Registrar of Contractors and have them come out to check our workmanship and material. Though no company wishes to have complaints filed on them, we are prepared for you to do so as you will find that our work is sound. [redacted] has been with our company for close to 20 years now and we trust his service work/ opinion explicitly.                3. You make a specific request that is prudent and satisfactory to both parties. If this request is granted, you agree to be happy and satisfied with us as a company. All About Water absolutely wants each customer to be happy with our work. However, there are times, though few, when we are unable to accomplish this task. Hopefully, we can rectify this situation and make you feel whole again in your experience with All About Water. I will await your response.

I moved in my new home and when I was contacted about the water softener system I was hesitate but decided to hear them out. The salesman who came into my home and performed all the tests to show that our water was hard was good at what he does, sell items to people regardless of their best interest. I asked the man to give me a day or two to sleep on it but continued to fill my head with reasons that waiting was wrong/dumb/bad idea because "the offer he was giving was never going to be offered again". So I said fine and about 2 weeks into having the system, it flooded my garage and ruined items and tools I had. They came right and fixed it but refused to pay for any damage to my items. A week later I get a letter saying they SOLD our loan to a 3rd party. I called and said I do not want the system and to start the removal process. They said, "you signed the paperwork, its a legal agreement so you can't". Now I'm unhappy with my water softener, and 5k in debt. Im considering a lawyer.
