I was not expressly told that these credits may not transferAlso, some of the credits are not college level and I was not informed before handHad I been expressly told, as opposed to being faced with a multi page document and told to sign, I would not have continued enrollmentI do not feel I truly had the option to make an informed decisionIn the best of circumstances it is misleading, and at worst it is fraud.

University Catalog states (under the section
of Transferability of Credit) that the transferability of credit is always
determined by the receiving institution and that ECPI does not imply, promise,
or guarantee transferability of its credits to any other institution*** *** also signed a document that stated, “The University does not guarantee,
and cannot be held responsible for, the transferability of courses completed at
the University to any other institutionThe transfer of credit is solely at

I am rejecting this response because: that would be against Revdex.com regulations about NOT posting personal information online.  If you're really serious about responding to my complaint and helping to resolve this issue -- you need to provide me with a contact name, phone number, email, and  written address. Otherwise it's just another cop-out by ECPI and my complaint will stand.

Review: I am a student at ECPI University and I am wrongfully being charged $902 because of my schools scheduling incompetents. In May I was taking two classes as usual but because I was the only student left in my group, they added on my last class in an effort to have me finish my schooling that term. This class in particular was a difficult, four day class that was squeezed into one day. Needless to say I was overwhelmed and decided to not take it with the other two classes. I had to wait 3 months on LOA for the class to be offered again. I am grateful that I decided to take this class on its own because it was one of the most extensive and beneficial to my career as a dental professional. In hindsight, it was the correct course of action due to the detailed and complexity of that class. I wouldn't have absorbed and kept the information given from this course, had it been shoved into one day. The total of my fees would have been $1900 but they decided to give me a random $1000 scholarship instead of dropping the $1750 charge entirely. I am a student in the dental assisting program and I only have 3 weeks until I graduate. I was not informed about these fees until I was halfway through my last semester at ECPI. If I have any balance when I am done with my internship I will not receive my diploma. $100 Of this grand total is from something called a "re-entry fee." This $100 fee was taken off when I spoke to financial aid two months ago because I explained that I did not drop out, but had to take a three month leave of absence. Now after I have spoken to the president of the campus about getting it all removed it has magically reappeared. They are taking advantage of me as a student.Desired Settlement: I want the fee for forced the extra semester ($1750) taken off and also the $100 re-entry fee removed again. I have already taken on 23,000 in dept for this school and I feel I should not be charged extra for their scheduling incompetence.
