Review: Scott from ECR plumbing was contracted by my home warranty service. Since I am active duty military and couldn't physically be there, I arranged payment of $125.00 on the phone which came out on Dec 24th 2015. He took my payment and never showed up. The home warranty company then contracted a new plumber. I asked for my money back. He said that he would mail me a check. I waited 2 weeks and contacted him again. He insisted that he sent it and would check the status and overnight me a check. He never did. I asked for the tracking number. He wouldn't give me one. I tried several times over the paat 4 months to resolve it with no luck. He doesn't deny that he owes me the money, he just won't give it to me. I am currently deployed to the middle east and have little ability to continue pursuing this business.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of my $125.00 and I want a record of his poor business practice documented by the Revdex.com.

Review: Installed water system backwards, causing medium to go thru plumbing in house. Damaging toilets and sinks. Several toilets no longer work. Low water pressure in several sinks. Days after installtion a pipe burts due to the backwards install, causing around 50 or more gallons of water to flood our home. has history of not showing up for appointments and canceling at last minuteDesired Settlement: Would like system to be installed correctly and repairs made to damage caused to toilets and sinks. Would like to have company do this in a timely matter and show up when they agree to the appointment.

Nothing has been done to resolve the issue. The water softner is still installed backwards and the sinks still do not have the water pressure they should. Some other issues that have come up from this are my son's shower has no water pressure and our dish washer is not working correctly. The water softner is currently on by pass and not in operation. It has not been able to be on consistly since installation

We have addressed this issue with the customer as soon as he had called when the job was still fresh. We had been in contact with the company in which he had purchased the system from. We went there and had the company on the phone and established together that the system was installed properly. The customer had acknowledged that everything was fine in February. Now three months later, he contacts the Revdex.com and the company in which he purchased the product but never has contacted us directly. I recently spoke to the company and they have agreed that he is a difficult customer, constantly touching things and then tries to blame others. This company even has told me that they would definitely recommend us if someone in our area is requesting this product to be installed and needs a reputable plumbing company.

We still have a system that was installed backwards.

ECR did not contact [redacted] when they were here checking the system. But They did call them in the past week. I spoke with [redacted] and he told me all phone calls are documented. This issue has been going on for some time and I contacted the Revdex.com after I felt like I had no luck with ECR. The water system remains off in my home because if I turn it on the medium is pushed up into the pipes in my house.

This causes many problems with my toilets and sinks. I have been patient with ECR and fell like they should be responsible and come fix the system that they installed backwards. It is clear that this system is not working correctly by evidence of the medium running thru the pipes in my home. I don't understand why this has even got to this point, they incorrectly installed the system and should come back to install it properly. I have had to repair my toilets twice now and my sinks still need new cartridges. Since this was caused by the medium gumming up the toilets and sinks they should also repair this.

I only want this system installed correctly. I have had to put up with two burst pipes, a flood, broken toilets and sinks, and a system that I cant even use!

This company has not behaved in a professional manner, we are the customers and should get the service and work that was paid for and guaranteed for one year as per ECR's receipt.
