I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved I would like to add that the nature of eCrater.com's response was different when I contacted only eCreater.com versus when I contacted the Revdex.com Service When only eCrater.com was contacted they did not appear (to me) to take the same actions with the same severity of consequences as they did when the Revdex.com contacted them I am still extremely cautious of eCrater.com as I believe that the ONLY reason the resolution was reached in this manner is due to the Revdex.com's involvement

As stated in our previous response the customer needs to contact his bank because he is the one who filed the chargeback against the seller. From what we are seeing the buyer won the dispute and should have already received the funds. We reached the merchant "thedjaddicts" and requested order status for this transaction. He did not respond so we refunded the order. Please note that it may take 3-5 business days for the refund to show in your bank statement.We apologize for your bad shopping experience with this merchant.

[redacted] We've been over this! I even filed a complaint WITH you to try and resolve this issue and you refused to do anything about it. You also sent me a series of useless messages and pretty much insulted my intelligence by sending me links to their contact page and telling me to take up the issue with the vendor myself when it was already made clear that I've already tried that, hence the reason for my complaint TO YOU!! If you like I can even resend the entire message thread to you as well! Please stop sending me useless information. This occurred on YOUR site! You even have a place to go to file complaints like this but you refuse to do ANYTHING about it?!?! Than why even have that as an option?So far, you've been anything but helpful in this issue. I originally filed the complaint with you after trying multiple times to contact the vendor to cancel the order. OBVIOUSLY, that was the FIRST thing I tried to do. As i've already discussed with you, trying to contact them via the email on THIS link fails completely. I forwarded you the message delivery failure which you promptly ignored completely and sent me yet another link with their primary email. Their primary email is actually on the receipt and was OBVIOUSLY the first thing I tried when I realized my mistake, hence the reason for all three of my complaints ([redacted]). Now tell me, HOW the [redacted] is that in anyway helpful? Does it get me my money back? No! Does it help me contact the vendor? No because they've ignored every email either of us have sent to that address so far. Does that link provide any helpful information to resolve this issue? No, as I have pointed out numerous times to you people already, that information is also present on the receipt and OBVIOUSLY I've already tried contacting them there without any response. I want my money back and I'm not going to stop pursuing this until something is done about it. I'm attaching a copy of the originally receipt for you along with the original complaint submitted to you and the responses I've gotten to that email so far. Obviously filing complaints with you is completely useless as you have no interest in dealing with them at all, which is why I've filed this complaint with the Revdex.com against you in the first place. You willing to receive complaints but not willing to do anything about them. You've made that pretty clear already.
