Review: We booked our wedding for November 5th 2013 with owner [redacted] of ecruises [redacted] we had 40 cabins booked and we were suppose to get a credit for the cabins booked, he owes us 2400 dollars and is holding it cause there was a issue when he booked one of our guest cabins and didn't get paid from that one cabin because he fraudulently charged his card, any nothing to do with us so he is blackmailing us to get his 1 fare he lost on and then he will pay us, what a pathetic buisness owner!! Then listen to this he came on the cruise we were on and another one of our guest seen a cabin charge for another cruise on there bill the last day of our trip and told us and everybody else to check there billing sure enough he charged us all so he could get a on board credit for future cruises, his plan was for us not to find out then he would reimburse us and we wouldn't never know what happened, he even fraudulently signed one name from each cabin, and get this the name he signed for our charges on my credit card was my 8 year old daughter, he's a real dirtbag to do this. We are fighting him now. I hope this doesn't happen to anybody else , we did nothing wrong. Oh and his credit he would of recieved had we not caught onto things was for 16000 dollars!!! I hope you see what you done ecruises mr [redacted]!!Desired Settlement: $3000.00 for ruining our cruise and wedding and continuing to hold our money.

Review: advertised and purchase was different and [redacted] lied, add charges to my credit Card that had not been authorized misled me without contract

their was a promise of Alaskan Cruise with air paid by cruise lines and a balcony for 7 days with glacier viewing and round trip airline flight at no extra charge.This so called special was advertised by [redacted] Cruise lines for less money.airline transportation was optional and lower fares were available online.This trip would have cost me $992.00 full price if I would have made all arrangement online without the help of this so called travel agent.Plus I would have not been cheated and lied to ,scammed,and frauded?Desired Settlement: $1250.00 overcharges plus $400.00 in airline reservation fees plus $75.00 luggage fees for not using my United Credit Card for Purchases totaling
