Terrible customer service.They asked why I needed it and I explained it was required to appy for loan reimbursement at my place of employment and they simply suggested that I present my employers with my bank statement.
My name is not listed anywhere on the website where the payment history is so I cannot even print it and verify it is mine, therefore I am unable to present what is on the website as proof of payment. The representative on the phone, Maya, talked down to me and continuously asked what I expected her to do as there was nothing she can do. I only feel that after several years of making payment, we deserve proof of our payment or atleast a kind and sympathetic voice on the other side of the phone.
