Company's response below:
From: *** *** Date: Fri, May 8, at 2:PMSubject: ID ***To: "*** ***>
Dear Revdex.com,
If Mrs*** will give us a date that she is moving out we will start the advertising
Sincerely,
*** * *** ***, “***”

Complaint: ***
I am pending complete resolution this response because:
Yes, the property is now being advertised, note at a monthly rate greater than what I have paid.
I finally received an email response on 5/11/ from *** requesting confirmation of move-out date. I responded within hours with cc: Mr ***, having additional questions/concerns that have not yet been addressed. Contact information was provided. *** had also included an attachment regarding security lock box, however it states the signatory to be a homeowner/landlord, therefore I think this is an inappropriate form for me to sign. This was a portion mentioned in my response.
Resolution likely require Property Management to call given failure of emails, noting they have signed as part of the contract a document stating;
"We would like your support in helping us provide the best services possible to youThis can be accomplished by you notifying us as soon as possible of any problems that you may experience with your new homeWe, in turn, will take the necessary steps in correcting the problems"
Given it has been greater than 72hours since my email to *** and now I am in a time-sensitive position, I shall assume that my recommended solutions in the email are acceptable. In addition, I will vacate the property and lock behind myself with the returned items left in the kitchen, and since no further instruction for the carpet or locksmith have been provided these issues are now negated.
Regards,
*** ***

 Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
I have yet to hear directly from this company about how do go about ending my lease, despite trying on a near weekly basis to reach them for part 2 months. I have questions regarding how to avoid loss of my security deposit.  I have in writing from several more months prior they would advertise 45 days advance yet are not doing as promised. Due to their negligence, myself and the owners have lost significant amount of money  because a prospective tenant could not connect with them either.   In view of my other accumulating issues as well since onset of our business relationship,  this is a misrepresented businesses that does not act professionally.  It is unfortunate the Revdex.com is my only means for communication to this company.  The owners of the property should be notified as well.

Company's response below:Revdex.com,    Owners hire us to give people the bad news that they cannot stay in the house for free. We have never found a pleasant way to do this for those people who just can’t pay. We try to avoid heated exchanges with any customer as that is very stressful, but...

financial situations can really get people emotional. We will handle this according to [redacted] law and the wishes of the owner for whom we are under contract. Sincerely,[redacted], "[redacted]"

Company's response below:From: [redacted]>Date: Wed, Oct 25, 2017 at 12:54 PMSubject: RE: ID [redacted]To: "[redacted]>Revdex.com,      We are aware of the issues regarding this customer. We have addressed them, but the...

customer is not satisfied; so, the [redacted] of the rental has allowed the customer to break her lease and move out. Sincerely,[redacted]Walter Williams [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:The response from [redacted] did not legitimize charging a tenant for repairs to faulty door that were once worked on by their own maintenance company/vendor who ended up leaving the job incomplete. Walter Williams was told by myself well in advance and drop the ball on communication or follow up and are now charging me for it. There are no statues in [redacted]'s Landlord Tenant laws that allow the landlord to charge you for repairs that maintenance didn't finish as the tenant does not control maintenance. If there are such laws, as it seems Walter William is claiming, they should have no problem stating which one(s) they are referring to that would let me be charged for unfinished work by maintenance/vendors so that I can know that I am being charged for something that I acknowledged in my lease agreement. I properly objected to the claim via certified mail and they did not follow up with that response either. My deposit is owed to me because I am NOT responsible for the maintenance company/vendor and fully held up my end of the lease in regards to contacting Walter Williams.
Regards,
