Review: My partner and I purchased a washer from ecua appliance service back in 10/**/14 it came with a four (4) month warranty. .the washer barely made it past the four month's warranty. We called Ecua appliance service to have the washer looked at. We were given a specific date and time that the repair man was supposed to come by. The date and time given came around and they were no show. I called Ecua appliance service and the man on the other end emedietly gave my wife a attitude because she question him about them not calling or showing up to inform us they were no longer coming as promised, being that she canceled our 2 yr old sons therapy seccions for the day (our son has [redacted]). We then we're given a later date and time. They finally arrived (later than promised) the "repair man" checked the washer and confirmed it was damaged due to a motor issue. He shows us another washer that he had brought up with him. Being that we were no longer under warranty he sold us that other washer he had with him. We clean it up and as we are ready to do our first load, we notice this new washer they just sold us does not rince or spin on an cycle. We call Ecua appliance service emedietly the following business day. The man picked up the phone and 9 ne I told him who it was his reply was " again man are you serious?" I explained what was happening and he agreed to send the repair man again. Again the repair man comes after I had to call them to make sure they were still coming. The repair man gets here and is taking a look at the washer, he comes to the conclusion that it was faulty prior to the delivery and swaps it out for one they had on hand. This is now the second washer they have sent that will not work properly withing a weeks time frame. I call again and explain that we are having the same issue. The person who answered the phone, again with attitude says they will come when ever they can ( no date or time given at this point). I took videos of the machine in diffrent cycles to show him that it will not rince or spin on any cycle. I then go in person with my proof to show them of what was going on. The man who is helping me at Ecua appliance service sees the video and agrees that the machine is once again faulty and schedules another delivery of a washer since I am under another four (4) month warranty, I was told to expect this delivery anytime from 10am- 2pm. 2pm comes around nd I give them until about 2:30 pm, I decided to call to get a better understanding as to why no one has arrived yet. My call was not picked up. I decided to call them blocked which is when I finally got through to someone. The man who I delt with the prior day tells me "oh I am so sorry but we won't make it today" after waiting all day I would have liked atleast a call to inform me. Please help me come to some form of solution. I have all my receipts, videos and call logs.Desired Settlement: I would like to have this issue resolved by either a refund or a working washer.
