A representative from ecucina called and left a measage for me to call them back. I was at work so I could not answer the call. It was the same man who contacted me the first time. I called back and had to leave a message again and asked them to call me back after I got out of work at 4:30pm. They never called again. My mom then contacted the store she purchased the item from who offered to pay for the shipping and take my item back and gave us a gift card for the full amount for their store. The store ([redacted]) was very helpful. They did not need to do that because I understand it was outside their teturn policy. However they were very accommodating and the company ecucina was not helpful at all.
