Review: I gave them a deposit on a car on 2-12-16 and was told it be ready that weekend so when I called it was not ready I gave him a couple more days and still wasent ready so he opted to return my 200.00 deposit but as it stands on 3-15-16 he has yet to return it after many attemps to get it he has give me nothing but lies and excuses and continues to ignore my calls and if he does respond he always says ill call you back at a time and I hear nothing from him till I continue txtn and calling him.. im about to get a warrant in debt if this isent resolve.. he has made excuse after excuse he has had my deposite over a month and I want it backDesired Settlement: I wish to get my 200.00 deposit back that is not being returned after many times talking to owner and him telling me he will return it but then gives me an excuse on the time to meet me to return it..I have contacted the business owner many many times and told by him many many time he will call me back on when to meet him to get my deposit but then gives me nothing but excuses..

address needs to be corrected. We are now at [redacted] The complaint on this had nothing to do with the company ac

all. I have Talked to the complainant:, she came to my office today. I paid her

the $200.00 and had her sign a paper after doing so. We talked for a bit, but

all is solved on this matter, although it wasn't this company or any of its personnel.

I have paid this due to the fact that someone did indeed take her money and

claimed chat they were the business owner. She showed me text messages from

this person and it was not [redacted] I had asked her where she got the name and

I was told that the person said that is who he was. We do not conduct that kind

of business here. I keep all deposits separated from regular cash flow. We are

in process of getting into the matter. Attached are the papers that she has

signed.. If anymore is needed please feel free to call me from Tuesday through
