Ed Cline Appraisals

Review: An appraisal was done, by [redacted] on my home on 3-12-15. Mr. [redacted] was not very friendly and truly did not care about customer service, I should have asked him to leave before he even got started. I received an email with a copy of the appraisal about a week later. I called with a question and did not receive a call back. I was on vacation, but I had my cell phone. I decided to wait and call him when I could make a copy of the appraisal and see it better. I returned at the end of March and called his office. I have talked to [redacted], [redacted] and [redacted] countless of times since that time and [redacted] is never in the office. They assure me he will return my call. I have called weekly, or twice a week and he still has not returned my call. I have an issue with his report and would like to discuss it with him, but apparently he received his payment on March 12, and he is not worried about providing customer service. He has told the girls that the other appraisals can't help me because he did the appraisal. Maybe he should send one of his other appraisals out to redo the appraisal so that they can provide customer service to me. 6 weeks is a little long to take to return a phone call.Desired Settlement: If he doesn't want to discuss the issue and resolve my problem with the appraisal, I will accept a full refund of $350.00 and pay for someone else to do an appraisal that has more knowledge about the area in which I live.
