accounting office charged our customer for packing and packing material twice inadvertently, once on the local portion and once on the long distance portion of the same amount. The discrepancy was $1229.00 in which the shipper actually paid over the guaranteed amount. The customer and I both agree on the amount in which has been overcharged by accident. We were deeply disappointed that our customer did not bring this to our attention prior to writing to the Revdex.com for any resolution. It is our sole fundamental goal to provide World Class Moving Services to the moving public and do feel as though we are in the process of doing the same for this customer. This shipment will not be delivering until 5/6/16 or 5/7/16 as we have made the customer aware. Our customer did congratulate me on our firms quality services on the phone today regarding the pick up of your personal effects. We look forward to completing this delivery without incident. Thanks
