I am emailing you in regards to your recent book order,
[redacted] with ED MAP. Unfortunately, I was not able to reach you by phone and
your voice mail is full.
I understand that you purchased this...

course material in
error and requested to have the order stopped. When looking into this inquiry,
it was noticed that we could not stop shipment of your order as it was already
processed and ready to be shipped through our warehouse. You were advised that
the order could however be returned and provided our return policy.
Upon tracking your package today, I see that this order has
been delivered by UPS and left at the front door, tracking [redacted].
I am providing you a one-time courtesy credit for shipping cost of this order,
as well as, a prepaid return label to return the shipment at no cost to you.
You should expect to receive this label via email within 24 hours. Once the
material is received back to ED MAP, our returns department will process the
return within 5-7 business days, in full. Please be advised that the material must
be returned in brand new condition and received within 30 days from the date
the order was processed to be eligible for the return.
In the future, please contact us via phone at [redacted] should you need an order cancelled and we may be able to cancel an unshipped
order fulfilled by ED MAP. Our regular customer service hours are Monday –
Friday, 9:00 am – 8:30 pm ET. Our Cancellation Policy may also be found on the
bookstore website within our “Help Desk” and selecting “Cancellation Policy”,
should you find this helpful.
