in response to the complaint by [redacted] ...I've reached out to [redacted] to see exactly where the disconnect began I've spoke with her numerous times throughout this process keeping her abreast of the details When I spoke to her today she informed me that she did not reach out to the Revdex.com, she had no idea what I was talking about She then figured out that it was her mother[redacted] filled out her credit application with the thought that she would have the same increase in pay during harvest that she always has gotten Unfortunately with the amount of rain we had this year the tomato crop was not as good as years in the past This in return shortened her busy time (days a week for about a month and a half normally) to just about weeks, which made a huge decrease in annual income from what was stated I've been diligently working with the banks to figure out options since her income was off by $ Today I got the OK to keep her in the car with a credit manager signing off on the decrease in annual incomeShe will be in Thursday Oct22, at 12:PM to re-sign a couple of documents that I will then send to the bank to finalize the deal [redacted] is happy and very content with how the process went and the final outcome, I believe her mom had [redacted] s best interests in mind when reaching out to you (the Revdex.com) She unfortunately did not have all the facts together, I hope this clears up any issues If there is anything else that you need please contact me anytimeBrandon [redacted] Business Manager Ed Martin Chevy Cadillac

I drove hrsto this dealership to look at and purchase a carI called the salesman and told him I was coming, I got there and they had sold the car to another couple before I got thereVery disappointed in the customer service at this dealership

Revdex.com,[redacted] did bring us this 2005 GMC Yukon and ask us to inspect the vehicle for any problems. As you can see in our invoice dated 4/13/2015 we did check the vehicle out and scanned all the electrical modules for any trouble codes leading us to any problems. We did find...

that the vehicle had 1 ehaust manifold bolt broken on each side of the engine, has 3 bad tire monitor sensors bad causing the tire light to be on, a right front axle seal leaking fluid, the transfer case yoke seal leaking fluid, 2nd row seat belt covers missing, the fog lamps were missing on the vehicle, had a history code of a possible bad mass air flow sensor, another history code of a engine knock sensor as well as a current code for a emmission evap vent solenoid bad. At this time the customer did not want to have the repairs made just check out and paid us for our time in the ammount of $85.00 which was a discounted rate from our usual $95.00.Looking at the invoices that the customer sent us I could not find anything that we could have done differently. I will explain. On 4/24/2015 she took the vehicle to [redacted] in Franklin In to have the differential seal replaced and the fog lamps replaced which were 2 items that we had informed her that was bad. On 4/25/2015 she took the vehicle back to [redacted] in Fraklin again and it has no explaination what the complaint was but they installed a battery but also had a memo on the invoice that the check engine light was on and the temperature gauges went up but now is normal. Not sure what they were saying at this point. I want to make note that if the battery went bad it was 12 days after we looked at this vehicle and one day after [redacted] had worked on it. It is a electrical item and can go bad or short at any given time. We have to have them towed in all the time for this problem without warning to the owner. On 4/27/2015 she again went back to [redacted] in Franklin and all the invoice says is the performed a oil change, and replaced the alternator. Again, it does not say what she was complaining about but I'm guessing it was a starting problem since they installed a battery 2 day prior and now a alternator. So was the battery really bad 2 days prior or was it really just the altenator? I have no way of knowing but it kind of appears that way from the info in this invoice. Again, in [redacted] defense it is a electrical item that can go bad at any time without warning just like a TV, stove or any item that we all deal with on a daily basis. On 4/29/2015 again 2 days later she took the vehicle to [redacted] for the check engine light coming on and they told her it needed a engine knock sensor same as we did. She at that time declined the repair and they charged her $101.76 for what we had already told her.  On 5/08/2015 she now took it to [redacted]. Again there is no explaination of the complaint but they replaced a Cluster ( I assume instrument cluster ) , and a battery module. Again, another thing dealing with the battery or starting system. I'm really starting to wonder if this was the same problem [redacted] had tried to repair twice for her or just another electrical item go bad. But there is no information on any of these work order of what the problem is so I really have no ideal. But wh all the componets that have been replaced it does raise a concern that we have seen in the past that someone jump starts a vehicle and causes a spike in the electrical system and can take out modules etc. Again, I am just giving my opinion from what little info they gave but under normal circumstances do not ever see a alternator, battery, battery module, and cluster all within a few days.On 5/15/2015 she took it back to [redacted] in Franklin for the check engine light on and had the emission vent solenoid replaced. Again, one of the items we had told her was bad.On 5/16/2015 she took the vehicle again back to [redacted] now to have the check engine light repair made that they as well as we already diagnosed as the knock sensors bad. They were repalced on this visit. In closing this is a 10 year old vehicle that has over 170,000 miles on it and there will be things that go bad. We do our very best to check these vehicles over good for the customers for we want to do the work if we find any problems. Electrical items are one thing we just can't tell when is going bad as with her issues with the starting system. We did tell her all the stuff we found and she did get repaired but at multiple shops for some reason. We do good work here and have very few problems and if I had felt in any way that we did not do our job I would gladly refund the money. But I think as you will see from the attached invoices and my explaination that I feel we did perform the service that was ask of us. I do hate that the customer had trouble that soon afterwards but it reallly was almost 2 weeks and we never know what the next 2 weeks could bring. I feel for any customer that has problems for I understand how expensive repairs are these days. If there is anything else I can answer for you please just let me know.Thank you, Gary [redacted]Fixed Operations Manager

I drove 1.5 hrs. to this dealership to look at and purchase a car. I called the salesman and told him I was coming, I got there and they had sold the car to another couple before I got there. Very disappointed in the customer service at this dealership.

in response to the complaint by [redacted]...I've reached out to [redacted] to see exactly where the disconnect began.  I've spoke with her numerous times throughout this process keeping her abreast of the details.  When I spoke to her today she informed me that she did not...

reach out to the Revdex.com, she had no idea what I was talking about.  She then figured out that it was her mother.[redacted] filled out her credit application with the thought that she would have the same increase in pay during harvest that she always has gotten.  Unfortunately with the amount of rain we had this year the tomato crop was not as good as years in the past.  This in return shortened her busy time (7 days a week for about a month and a half normally) to just about 3 weeks, which made a huge decrease in annual income from what was stated.  I've been diligently working with the banks to figure out options since her income was off by $5000.  Today I got the OK to keep her in the car with a credit manager signing off on the decrease in annual income.
She will be in Thursday Oct. 22, 2015 at 12:00 PM to re-sign a couple of documents that I will then send to the bank to finalize the deal.
[redacted] is happy and very content with how the process went and the final outcome, I believe her mom had [redacted]s best interests in mind when reaching out to you (the Revdex.com) She unfortunately did not have all the facts together, I hope this clears up any issues.  If there is anything else that you need please contact me anytime.
