Nissan Dealers do not do inspections on lease turn ins. That is done by the customer, which sets that up with Nissan directly. This customer didn't do that and just turned in there Nissan at this dealership. When the lease is turned in at any Nissan/Infiniti dealer, it generates a
pick up order for Nissan. It is picked up in 2-days and sent to the place Nissan North Amercia decides and at that time an inspection is done, if the customer hasn't got one done already. If there is an isuue, Nissan will let the customer know at that time, which Nissan did. This complaint has been filed with the wrong party, it should have been filed with Nissan North Amercia or the company that does the inspections. Customer needs to read the bottom of their signed lease turn in that was completed at Ed Martin Nissan of Andersonit states that a lease turn inspection must be done as per set forth in the original lease agreement.Ed Martin Nissan at no time owns any lease turn In and has no liability according to the original lease agreement and the signed turn InAlso, the original lease agreement has a section on disputes that states that a third party arbitration must take placeThis Issue needs to be resolved with Nissan who owns the lease turn in and inspection process as outlined in NILT lease turn in procedures.Thank you for your time Ed Martin Nissan of Anderson
