We sincerely apologize that you had an issue with our dealership Your salesperson, John G***, was originally working with you on the pre owned Tacoma that we have here at the Toyota dealership At some point he then began a conversation with you about the
Tacoma that was located in Indianapolis at our Nissan store This is where the problem began He was quoted a price by the manager there and inadvertently quoted the wrong price to you It truly was an honest mistake and he was only trying to find something that would work for you He corrected the price once he realized his mistake but unfortunately at that point he had already disappointed you Please know this was an honest mistake and not a malicious one as he corrected it prior to you coming to see it so as not to waste your time coming only to change the price upon your arrival I do not have authority to negotiate the price on the truck at the Nissan store but if I can help you out on the red one we have here, I will do all I can to make this right for you Feel free to deal with me directly at your earliest convenience Again, I sincerely apologize and hope that we can find a resolution that shows you that we are honest here Derek M***General ManagerEd Martin Toyota(765)622-
