I have serious problem My Cadillac When I go to pass a vehicle or give the vehicle a boost of power it shuts the motor down ! Specially passing When I step on the gas of my cadillac the motor will shut completely down causing loss of control! I called Ed Morse and they said it would be a charge to find out what is wrongI believe this should be taken care of on there end since it is a safety hazard and I believe several other vehicles have had the same problem causing death and injuries to ppl !

Dealership cashed $5K deposit (not refunded after weeks) even after they could not proceed with the sale due to errors by the finance company On Thursday evening, May 25th, the Dealer and I executed the Lease Purchase of my Cadillac ATS (lease maturity was June 14th) On Friday morning, May 26th I received a call and email from the Dealer indicating that the sale could not go through because their finance company had made a mistake logging in the wrong millage and if I wanted the sale to go through I would need to deposit more moneyI told him (Shawn M.) that I was out of town on holiday (memorial day weekend) but would make a decision on whether I would agree to a higher deposit upon my return to town on Tuesday, the 29th During my conversation with Shawn Mthe Dealer's Finance Manager, he indicated all docs relating to this transaction were noll and voided including my $5K check and if I agreed with the new terms I would need to come in and execute new sales docs and wr
