Ed's 24 Hour Service

While traveling on the interstate our car broke down I immediately called for road side assistance provided through my insurance company After an hour of waiting for the insurance company to reach a towing service, we called Ed's and they responded immediately They should have been higher on the list of contacts for the insurance company My car was towed and my daughter and I were given a ride to the shop Although I was told they would not be able to look at the car until Monday as it was Friday evening, I still asked if there was anything they could do to get me back on the road as we were not from the area Although they were unable to repair the car that evening they did take the time to diagnose the problem On Monday, *** called to provide a quote, which I approved On Tuesday, *** called to say the car was ready and the total repair was cheaper then quoted as it did not take as long as they had expected With any other mechanic the call would have been to inform me that more problems were found and the price went up I have NEVER had a repair bill be cheaper then the estimate Thank you for the great customer I received from the employees at Ed's And my car is running great
