Unfortunately, the website issues still exist After a couple of conversations with WebCreationsUS there hasn't been an acceptable resolution I sent an email on 11/9/to the individuals listed below who are involved in my website design requesting resolution of all outstanding issues resolved by no later than 11/11/ The following are examples of issues that were discussed with the project manager via a telephone call on 11/4/but to date are still outstanding: The website is no longer loading properly as a result of being moved to a different server and I can't view the pages on the website, the fillable forms do not send an email to the company email address, the logo has been increased in size per my request but is not aesthetically pleasing or proportionate, the instagram icon is still on the homepage after I requested to have it removed Why was my site moved to a slower, uncooperative server this was not per my request? I would like it moved to a faster server or back to where it worked properly before At this point, I am not sure if a resolution is possibleMy initial Revdex.com complaint asked for resolution by 11/4/Sam M [redacted] ( [redacted] ); Adam L [redacted] ( [redacted] );Ravi ( [redacted] )

laughing at his pathetic offerI have hundreds of emails, between WebCreationUS and *** *** going back to April/May 2015.The emails, versus WebCreationUS's response, shows just how much they intend to lie to try and make themselves look goodThe response from them also did not include any type of settlement agreement, typical.WebCreationUs lies, is has a complete staff of incompetent employees and obviously intends to continue to scam customers instead of providing the services they advertise.They need to respond to the asked for agreement, instead of prancing around and coming up with new lies! You company is not able to deliver a professional site that make customers trust my site and feel safe to buySeveral people reviewed your work, Web Developers and the comments made me cry.You Web Designer configuration and design style is very disorganized and he has no sense of designing skills to build the a high end look and feel website. The link below shows my complaints that was requested several timesHow many times do you expect me to ask for the same requestYou're outsourcing your work to in India to unprofessional DesignersI need more than an Apprentice to do the job.The link below shows all errors that was requested many time Margins are off, too many fonts, header and footer page not aligned, subscription box all over every page, spaces between boxes layout was not evenly aligned, colors on sites that does not match my color scheme, poor design for shopping cart, banner not designed according to my request and way more.. You took my same snippet and dashed it on the websiteWhere is your design creativity as a Web Developer? Its your job to do so***Just to show a comparison of quality work, the same email request along with my same PPT slide was sent to another Developer and in 3-days this is what was presented - *** wait until you see the inner pagesWhat a big difference and guess what not for what you're chargingWouldn't you all reading this agrees that there is a big difference in qualityThis Web Developer was able to take my idea and combined it with his expertise to create a site that is aligned, color combination are perfectly matching, subscription boxes are beautifully laid out and much more.So to Web Creation, make no mistake, we will go to court for this.I need my money back/no exceptions.Thank you!
