I'm sorry the [redacted] feel this way , there are many types of pre-approved ! We absolutely could've put Mrs [redacted] on the loan but the rate would've been higher , her credit score wasn't as good as her husbands, so we did that to get them a lower interest rate! Her husband could've said he didn't want to that or the payment at anytime ! As far as her payoff we ach'ed the payoff on 5-and received the title back from the bank yesterday ! Mrs [redacted] told me it was our responsibility to remove auto-pay from her bank , and I explained that we couldn't call her bank and change payment instructions on her behalf ! I told her the bank would refund her payment to her ! I offered her documentation to her and the bank to show we had done everything on our end to resolve the payoff ! We have paid off her trade , we have corrected the spare tire issue by sending the salesman to her with a replacement! The one thing we can't fix is the fact that her husband elected to do the deal and sign at a higher payment then what she wanted! The Nissan Altima that was sold was inspected by our service department on 4/11/where they inspected the car, did a state inspection, oil change, front and rear brake replacement, air filter replacement, and the tires passed inspectionwhen the customer brought the car in 5/3/we fixed a tire and did another oil change and on 5/17/we replaced a tirewe will continue to repair the vehicle for the customer and will loan her a vehicle

as a help to our customer without insurance our salesman drive them to insurance companys, because it is illegal to drive a car without insurance, we have absolutely nothing to do with the term of the insurance the customer getshowever each customer receives a opportunity to purchase gap insurance
in our finance department which would have covered the differenceIf the customer don't want it they sign a waiver stating they were offered it and refused coverage, in which this customer signed

the first new car was driven for days, and was returned because the child support claimed on the credit app was no longer being paid, so we called customer and told her we would refund all her down paymentshe insisted we try to get her in another car, so we sent the information she gave us to
the bankwhen they tried to confirm the information the customer put on the credit app, it could not be provenwe then refunded the customer the entire down payment
