Mobile home was left broken apart over a month prior to delivery Possible water damage to insulation Home setup screwed up Manager hostile We started negotiations with Ed's Mobile Homes January 11th when we signed a purchase agreement for a 28x [redacted] Mobile Home Serial #XXXXX We contacted the [redacted] Bank in [redacted] and started loan proceedings There was trouble with the title clearing and it took longer than expected In the meantime, in February Ed's took it upon itself to break the home apart and leave it on the lot exposed to the elements for a month It was not adequately covered and water got into the insulation This was discovered when the plumber was installing the sewer system When the home was delivered the installers placed it off of the prepared pad and the ends were hanging on unprepared soil When asked to reposition it onto the pad C&S installers out of Oakdale stated that they had already started blocking and would not move it Needless to say t
