While on vacation Ed and his guys put a bad starter that left me stranded twice on my trek back to home to TexasI received an estimate on parts from autozone and Ed insisted we use his auto parts with an inflated price on a rebuilt part I'm at his mercy at this point I already knew the issue but per his policy would have to run a diagnostic that costed Still at his mercy , I have them replace the starter in hope to enjoy the rest of my vacation On my way back to Texas the starter leaves me and my family strandedEventually making it home I call Ed and explain my issueI was only asking for refund on parts He says as long as I ship him the defected part back at my cost My mechanic needs the defected part for the core chargeSince trying to resolve issue Ed has hung up on me and now avoiding my callsPlease Please avoid Ed's Portola Arco by all means!!! My final bill was parts and laborTake your vehicle to a more reputable place
