Edcetera

Review: On March 19, 2015 I ordered a product from the edcetera website. The total for my order was $16.01 and that included $11.02 in shipping charges for 2 small spoons. My credit card was charged on March 19 for the price of $16.01. It has now been almost a month and I have not received my product. I have written 2 emails to their company's customer service department and both have remained unanswered. I also called their customer service number that is listed on their website and the phone just rings and goes to a voicemail box that is full so no messages can be left.Desired Settlement: I would either like a delivery of my product or a full refund for the total of $16.01
