On 6/8/Edco Plumbingwas called out to New Leaf WellnessCenterCustomer stated she had no hot water to lavatory faucet.Ed took the faucet apart and showed Mrs*** thestem was bad and needed to be replacedA price was given in writing to make repairs to the faucet** stated that it was a
speciality stem that he would need to track down.This type of stem is not readily available at Lowe's
or Home Depot and took time to locateMrs*** stated, "What if I supplied the part?" ** told her it would be half of the price
statedIn return she stated, "Let me contact my owner to get
authorization." She stepped out of the room for five minutes and stated
verbally, "To get the job done and sign the ticket for authorization." ** returned with the part and he did
the repair and New Leaf WellnessCenter paid in fullWe are sorry to hear that Mrs*** didn't see the
perceived value in our time and services after the job was completed

Customer called after hours and was told of service fee and was given price pryer to performing job. Customer agreed and signed invoice to have work performed . We are a flat rate pricing per [redacted] , we charge by the job not by the...

hour.Tech did some digging to find lid to have access into line. Tech says he used water hose to clean up not for flushing. He used another plumbing tool to break up the clog that was causeing flap to remain open and back up line. Then he released the flap and drain was working with no back up. No new parts was required to free up blockage in drain. Everything was working fine when the tech was finished with job.
