Eddie D. Ketchum General Contractor Reviews (2)

After several bad experiences at a local dealership, including price gouging (charging me $100 more for the identical repair on the identical car 3 weeks apart...it's a long story...and being told that they hit the wrong button when they created the invoice) and dishonesty (telling me the repairs would cost $5,000 and then charging the insurance company $900), I started looking for a dealer alternative for my scheduled maintenance.I stumbled onto MComplete after reading reviews around the internet. I drive a 2013 Mercedes and was initially concerned about their ability to work on newer models after seeing the pictures on their website. So I read every review I could find, including some recommendations by Mercedes-Benz enthusiasts on benzworld.org, and decided to take the plunge for my Schedule B maintenance. I'm glad I did.Although the shop is in an industrial park, the owner is a certified Mercedes-Benz mechanic (there's employee of the year plaque from a local dealership on the wall of his office), he has state-of-the-art equipment, and is professional and courteous, even down to the employees wearing MComplete uniforms. I've worked on cars in the past, rebuilding engines and such, so I double-checked their work when I got home. All of the parts they used were genuine Mercedes-Benz and all of the fluids were certified by Mercedes-Benz. Even the air pressure was perfect in each tire... It's a small thing but the details matter to me.I almost forgot to mention, I scheduled an appointment and they kept it. They were expecting me when I got there and had the work finished in probably 45 minutes. Now I have to warn you, there aren't free lattes or big screen TVs, but having the work completed by a certified Mercedes-Benz mechanic for a fraction of the dealership price is more than worth the trade-off for me, especially if they keep their appointments, have me on my way in under an hour, and use genuine Mercedes-Benz parts - the dealership can keep the lattes, TVs, and dishonesty.I still have to go to the dealer for any warranty work, but I'll definitely go here again for scheduled maintenance and anything not covered by the warranty. One last thing, although the dealer has to perform warranty work, an independent mechanic can perform the maintenance without it effecting your warranty. Just an FYI.

Great Service. I was from out of town and took my car to be repaired here. They were fair, honest, and got the job done. Thank you!
