Hello ***: The following is statement of the events as they occurred 2/5/- Customer informed of the estimated shipping date for original order would be 2/10/2/10/- Customer called to be scheduled for install and left message 2/13/- Customer contacted and scheduled for 2/15/for install3/1/- Customer requests service for shade issueScheduled for 3/7/with a technicianCustomer was unhappy with the shade size and how it was too close to a stair 3/3/- Customer Service Report turned in for remake on shade 3/8/& 3/10/- Courtesy call to customer left message about needing to come back to re-measure3/10/- Received customer's request for Eddie Z's guarantee3/14/- Made contact with customer and scheduled another appointment for 3/17/4/17/- Manager made contact with customerWe sent a different installer to measure4/18/- Courtesy call to customer to let him know that the shade was being remade and was ordered4/28/- Called customer to schedule new install5/2/- New product installed and customer expressed that he was very happy I hope this helpsPlease let me know if there is anything else that you need from me Thank you,
