I am a repeat customer to Eddie Z's Blinds Had the same sales representative that helped me the first time The second go around with them did not go as smoothly as the first time The installer left behind the old Eddie Z blinds and parts on my floors in a pileI have pets which is dangerous to just like with children to leave to leave small parts laying around That was almost yrs ago While I love the blinds and the sales representative Not happy with customer service I called requesting a repair Got a quick appt, which is nice The day of the appt I got a call minutes before my hr wait window was to start The person that made the appt made a mistake Not able to take care of me as originally scheduled I had changed my schedule for this appt to make sure I was available Rescheduled with that phone call say OOPS So again I am changing my schedule to be available for a repair call It appears they only have one guy that can do repairs and that is who I believed install my blinds and left a mess behind for me to clean up Very disappointed
