be happy to discuss with the client, any options, response, discussion that it will take to resolve this issueI have made an effort to contact the client to discuss the situation, but have yet to receive a responseI'm troubled that this is the first I have heard about the client having an issue with the bill and that I wasn't given a chance to respond to his concerns before nowI would like that opportunity
