I recently had Eddie's tow a vehicle When offloading at the garage, the front bumper was scratched for about a foot When contacted about the damage, they were very responsive and handled the "claim" in short order They suggested some repair facilities that were close to them but not close to me I made a suggestion as to where I would like to take the car for repair and they agreed with no problem

I think we have a failure to communicate due to the language issue, I personally called the number she left here twice, and then twice more after she called vdot, who has nothing to do with private property, time when I actually arrived in my office which is about 6:to 6:am thinking if i
called that early maybe I would catch her before workI have not heard from her since the last time she left a message which I believe was on the february 5th??
