Mrand Mrs [redacted] became members with us on 10/1/The next day they called with some questions, which were answered by [redacted] and followed up with an email (see attached) We have a bayou that runs through our campground that our guests can fish in, and a catch and release pondWe want the children to have a fun place to fish, so we keep it as a catch and release for the younger kids, but anyone can fish in itThe campground also backs up to the Wolf River and our guests can fish there as well with a Mississippi Fishing licenseSo our guests have access to different fishing areas on our property however, as with any fishing, there are no guarantees that you will always catch fishWe never promise or guarantee that everyone is going to catch fish In response to the free year membership with [redacted] ***, we did not advertise that they were getting a free year into [redacted] ***, we paid their first year with [redacted] (different from [redacted] ***)So I believe they are confused with the two programs and the differences in them [redacted] does not give them the first year free, we paid the first year in the [redacted] affiliate program for them

I contacted *** *** by phone today (10/10/2017) to discuss his complaints and attempt to resolve the problems. After hearing his concerns and after a fairly lengthy conversation, it is my opinion that he just doesn't understand how to use what he has purchasedI told him that I thought
he and his wife should come and stay at the campground for a weekend and I would re-explain to them how to use their membership. Mr*** said he never got any time off to come and camp. I have decided to release him from the membership and have instructed our member service department to send him a Mutual Release document, that will require both his signature and his wife's signatureWhen we receive the signed Mutual Release from them, I will instruct our member service department to cancel and close their accountI trust that this will resolve and close this complaint with the Revdex.com
