Eddie's Auto Sales

I would like to let other people know that I had a great experience getting my car at Eddie's Auto Sales recently. As a customer I was treated with respect and everything that Marvin S[redacted] said would be done was done - what more can you ask for? He went out of his way to make sure I got what I needed for my vehicle and that I had a comfortable experience. We had the truck brought back and fixed every issue to the customer's satisfaction. While we had the vehicle for 10 days, we loaned the customer a 2015 full size sedan for their use. The repair estimate the customer had done was from his...

own place of employment, the vehicle passed the Amvic inspection from a 3rd party inspection facility in Edmonton. To help the customer out prior to delivery, we paid out a loan for them (of over $5000) and paid their fines of over $1000. They customer's have been great to deal with!

I have been a customer of Eddies Auto Sales for 2 vehicles now and there is a reason I keep coming back. I have seen these guys go above and beyond for their customers. I being one of them. You know that old phrase 'don't trust a salesman?' It does not apply in this case. My first vehicle I got there were a few issues after I left the lot that nobody seemed to detect but I did and with no without hesitation Marvin was willing to do whatever it took to get it up to par. I can always count on him to be there when I needed him. This second vehicle these 3 guys, Marvin, Nick and Brad went above and beyond to help me into a vehicle that I was happy with. Always looking out for me but never wanting me to take something I would despise. I can't say enough about the positive relationship I have with Eddies Auto Sales. I have referred people and will continue to do so because like anything else, for people to follow something good you have to do it first. I have no intentions of going anywheres else for my future needs.

I have had a vehicle from these guys now over a year and as per their agreement they have YET to take their name OFF the car I'M paying for (loan)! I did contact the dealership a year after the loan was done to have them removed and spoke to a young man who NEVER called me back even though I called and texted him for a few weeks. I figure I'll leave their name on the loan so next year when I don't want this car anymore, I'll drive it to Edmonton and leave it on their lot to resell [redacted]
