we are moving out after living here for 1 year. the woman who manages this complex is very unfriendly, the plumbing is not very good, they didn't even put in new carpet when we moved in. 2 weeks after we moved in, all these spots came up and it was disgusting. plus, they charge $955 with only one amenity (a pool). other places have so much more.
we were never once late with our rent, we come and go and never bother anyone, we keep our place clean and neat. what more could you want from a renter? oakwood should get a better person to manage this place.
