I am rejecting this response because: I have not heard from the owner of the repair shop since I left a voice message telling me that I could come pick up my car. When I went to pick up the car he was not at the repair shop. He never called and told me anything else about the car after I took the car back to the repair shop the same day. My Uncle has called an spoke with him but he has not called me directly at all. I was never told by him that my transmission was going bad at all. Because if this was the problem I do not understand why he charged me $326 for installing a sensor and the car was doing the same thing it did when I took it the first time. Not sure how they run diagnostics on the cars there but this does not seem right for a certified mechanic. I am not asking for him to do any more work on my car, but I am asking for monies back because the problem was never fixed. Doesn't matter what else was going on with the car which he never said anything to me about. I took the car there for the RPM hand rising up and not changed out of gear and he put a sensor on it and the car still was not fix. No I have not picked the car up because it wasn't fixed. I am not asking for anything free. This is not acceptable if you are a reputable business.
