Review: Had factory tires removed and bought 4 new ones to be installed by Eddie's tires in Duncansville, PA.I noticed all four rims were scratched and gouged around the side of rims all the same length of 14 inches. This was the first time from the factory these tires were changed. The owner of Eddie's tires claims that there is no way this was his fault! I bought this Toyoto 4 Runner brand new, faithfully rotated the tires, serviced on schedule and now I end up with 4 wheels that mysteriously got damaged! I must be a heck of a good driver to scratch all 4 wheels the exact same place and exact length of scratch.Desired Settlement: Would like all 4 wheels replaced.

Customer purchases 4 tires from our Duncansville, Pa location and they were mounted &balanced by us.October 30, 2015 Fourteen (14) days later the customer returns to our location, alleging all four of hiswheels were scratched during installation fourteen days later.As particular as customers seems to be. I find it curious that scratching and gouging (all same 1.4inch in length) were not noticed for two (2) week time frame-October31, 2015 Store manager contacts Headquarters and advises of situation with customer. We advisestore manager to request customer to return to the Duncansvilie location and observe how the machine doesnot touch wheel and could pot have scratched rims.November 10, 2015 Customer calls Headquarters. I request him to return to the Duncansville location andobserve the mounting procedure.Later that same day, the store manager calls Headquarters and to advise customer is there and hasobserved the routine mounting procedure. Customer witnesses no scarring, no contact at afl with his wheel.After observation and conversation customer still insists damage occurred on October 16, 2015while he was at our location, yet neglected to come forward & advise us for a fourteen day thue frame. Review: I went there to have tires put on that I had purchased on-line. They were not busy so they took me right in. When I got home I parked my vehicle. I got up this morning and the passenger side rear tire was flat. I called the shop and told them that the tire was flat. The person who I spoke to said that it was not his problem that they did not do road side repairs. I asked him about their warranty. He stated that I had to bring the tire to him. I am handicapped and could not change the tire. I contacted a friend and borrowed a tire pump. I inflated the tire and checked to see where it was leaking air. It was leaking around the valve stem. I contacted another shop that was closer to my home. He said to drive the vehicle to his shop and he would check it out. I did and when he took the tire off the rim he discovered that the sensor was damaged and had to be replaced and that the valve stem was not replaced when the tire was mounted. Which is standard procedure when you remount a tire. The additional repairs cost me $88.35. I am requesting that the repairs be refunded to me.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded the cost of the additional repairs ($88.35)and I'm asking for a refund of the initial tire mounting service($29.95 + $5.95) for the damaged tire sensor.
