I think we have a failure to communicate due to the language issue, I personally called the number she left here twice, and then twice more after she called vdot, who has nothing to do with private property, 1 time when I actually arrived in my office which is about 6:15 to 6:30 am thinking if i...

called that early maybe I would catch her before work. I have not heard from her since the last time she left a message which I believe was on the february 5th?? The owner of our company drove by once to see if there was a car in the driveway so we could go and inspect the "damage" unfortunately at that time no one was there. Due to the situation we are a little leary of just going on her property without them actually being there. In addition to this we have also fired the driver that did this call because he was not truthful about the situation. If she has someone who maybe speaks better english then she does, we will be glad to meet with her to discuss and inspect the situation.[redacted]

Rudest dispatcher named [redacted]. Would not let poor driver of totalled car get her glasses out of the car. All this on top of experiencing a horrific accident and hospital stay. Had to get state trooper involved just to get the poor girl's glasses. Customer service and caring big fat 0.

I recently had Eddie's tow a vehicle. When offloading at the garage, the front bumper was scratched for about a foot. When contacted about the damage, they were very responsive and handled the "claim" in short order. They suggested some repair facilities that were close to them but not close to me. I made a suggestion as to where I would like to take the car for repair and they agreed with no problem.

Review: en Enero 26 a las 2:30 am Eddie's Towing & Recovery Inc. towed a Pickup From [redacted]. pero hacia noise cuando trato de irse despues de dejar el delivered, por que estaba stackiado en la cuneta de mi propiedad ocasionando danos en todo el canal donde corre la lluvia bloqueando el drenage de mi driway dejando mucho lodo en mi driway. por tal razon llamamos con mi esposa a Eddie's Towing y explicarles lo ocurrido, ellos cortaban las llamadas, por 3 ocasiones. tanbiem contactamos [redacted] from[redacted], por ese propblema y nos dijo que contactarian a Eddie's para reparar los danos, el viernes 30 Mr Billy return my call diciendo que habia contactado a Eddie's Towing y que se comprometio en reparar los danos. is 2 weeks now y nadie a llamado ni habenido a resolver el problema. por tal razon recomiendo a todas las personas que odtengan servicio de esa company que tomen el guidado siempre de evitar danos de ellos que no se hacen responsables de reparar. gracias.Desired Settlement: I Just need fixing my Dish on my Property Thank.s
