I am rejecting this response because:
I am not surprised by his answer.Again, he is trying to take the problem somewhere else.Yes, I definitely try to have a refund from this person!!All the appraisals I have state that his original listing was misleading.What does it change that I've been looking at this neck since a few years? I don't understand...There is hidden flaws that couldn't be seen on pictures.All the pictures are made so you can't see the refinished back and even in my hands it was feeling like an original.It takes great knowledge to see the hidden flaws here. I don't have it...Pay attention here he is talking only about his reputation and us talking prior this purchase.But NEVER about the neck being 100% original as listed.He can't talk about that because he knows he scammed me on this part.Yes I felt the neck was great until someone with more knowledge told me that there was 2 major hidden flaws and so it was worth not even a third of what I paid.I can say it back to him, if the neck is that great and has no hidden flaws why not taking it back???This person has been anything but nice with me, actually I sent him an email just before this purchase telling him how rude his answers were.  We talked on the phone only one time and it was just for him to verify it was me as he was using the card that it could be anybody trying to get money back.This one and only phone call lasted less than 3 minutes.Then I received texts from him trying to intimidate me, I had to block him.I always wanted to talk via emails so I can prove everything I say.He is off Ebay now for a very simple reason: if you are scammed on ebay you can have your money back and he would get in trouble.The law does not care about his no return policy if there is fraud.He is a bully trying to make me look like the bully.Again, any normal seller at this point would have take the item back along time ago.
