Eddins Ford, Inc.

On 8-19-14 I took my wifes [redacted] to Eddins [redacted] in Madison Va 22727 to install new tires. After installiung tires the service mgr. informed me that the mechanic had broke my door handle off. He said he would order one and replace it. A few minutes later the service mgr. came back and said I should pay for half. I stated no the vehicle was in your shop your mechanic broke it you should fix it. He said he did not agree but would fix the door handle. I wanted to stay on good terms with the dealer so I went back and told the service mgr. I would pay for half which he said that was very reasonable. Two days later they called and said the door handle was their and ready to be installed. When waiting in one of the empty offices in the showroom a little man came in and sat down, I said sorry for being in your office he quoted "All these are my [redacted] offices I am the owner and we are not paying for your [redacted] door handle. I said could I have a business card so when I call [redacted] I get your name spelled correct. He said [redacted] does'nt own the dealership he does. Refused business card I found out later his name is [redacted]. I payed half 80 some dollars. A few days later my tire pressure light came on after making sure I had the proper pressure the light stayed on. I took vehicle to my mechanic after checking he said the mechanic at Eddins [redacted] cracked the tire pressure monitor on the right rear wheel another 200 dollars. I don't want any money just want people to be aware. I sold cars at [redacted] in Warrenton Va and kept a perfect 4.0 customer satisfaction score for 8 years.
