I Spoke with [redacted] concerning this complaint. He said that he does offer free phone consultations, but that is different from phone counseling. He can not give legal advice over the phone just as a doctor can't diagnose a problem over the phone. This individual called and wanted him to solve her...
case over the phone and that is not something he can do since she is not his client.
