Response received via letter to Revdex.com, dated 11/18/-- scan is attached; text of letter reads as follows: "I'm Edward ***, the owner of Eddy's Auto Center, responding to your letter and complaint ID #***, from the ***'s in regards to title transfer problemThere was a problem with
the title being signed wrong, we did not notice itBut what makes me upset is that our local DMV clerks should have noticed it tooSo, we weren't notified by the state until a few weeks ago, the error has been taken care ofAs you made may already know, is that the State of Minnesota at times can take up to 10-weeks to get titles back normallySo, we paid the extra to have the paperwork expedited, usually takes to days, by the time you receive this letter, the ***s should have the title.We just checked with the state, we expedited the paperwork on November 10th, Thursday, State offices were closed on Friday, November 11thSo it was processed on Monday, November 14th and they will receive the title in to business days.We are deeply sorry for the inconvenienceWe have called the ***'s and explained to themI'm not trying to make excuses for what happened, but if the Motor Vehicle would have caught the mistake too, we would not be writing this letter.
