Review: On 5/*/2014 a estimate was written to fence the front of [redacted] in Brooklyn. It wa agreed that the was a bit of work was ahead so delivery of the gate would be 2-3 weeks later. Ater the 2-3 week passed I called on 5/**/2014 for an update on when gate would be installed I was told it would be installed on 6/* around 12 noon(he did not show up for the job nor did he call to say he could not make it). I call him at 2;14pm on 6/* to get a status on where he was but got no response. I call again on 6/*/2014 but did not get a response(left voicemail asking to get refunded since he could not do the installation). 6/**/2014 stop by the shop located at [redacted] spoke to and employes there who call him and I was able to speak to him. He said I could be refunded since he hasnt been able to do the job. On 6/**/2014 at 7:51am I was called an told he would install the gate at 12noon(however I was packed leaving for Virgina. I told him he could install the gate and we would settle the money when I return). I returned from Virgina on 6/**/2014 but gate was not installed. Since then I have called and visted the shop several times but havent gotten any response to vmails left or seen anyone at the shop.Desired Settlement: I would like to get my deposit returned so I can get this done by another company.
