To whom it may concern; I Eduardo P*** is responding to *** ***’s complaint at the address *** *** *** *** ** *** Due to a landscaping flagstone patio that was made in his back yard, according to the complaint by ***, says that the patio was
done incorrectly and that it could be unsafe.Due to when the patio was made and finished I made sure that *** *** liked the small patio and he had agreed that he did like it, we even had extra flagstone that we had placed for him in front of his house as part of a walk way to his front gateJust by laying down the flagstones flat on the ground giving it a natural look and he had liked that too for that ideaI have pictures of how it looked when done, the pictures that he has summited look like if someone messed with it to make it look bad in all conditions. I am confused why he went against me like if I was a bad person, I understand his point of view, in the other hand I helped him in every way I could, where we build a good friendship and had good contact every time we meet when been thereI know he knows that I am not a bad person and I am responding to this complaint, one thing I really don’t appreciate is that his saying that we tried to steal from him, when we never did at any pointHe stated that we damage his property all over his house and what’s so ever when we never didWith all respect his back yard there was things all over and not in good conditions at allI never disrespected him in no way as well and at this point I feel disrespected and threaten from ***, maybe for the reason that he wants to get money from me which is not fair.The complaint says that *** would like a refund of $2,which includes The $1,that he paid for materials and labor $which represents the cost to remove the work that was done incorrectly from someone else.$for the recycle bin And $to replace a hibachi which I don’t what that is. I am responding and willing to talk to *** and meet up that I would work with him by redoing the small patio completelyBut I will not refund him the $2,for the patio because is not fair, he just wants to hurt me in giving him moneyI will refund him only my labor for the patio which was $dollars out of the $dollars that he paid for labor and materialsOr I can redo the whole patio completely to remove and make it again.Will pay for his recycle bin the $dollars for it, as he knows I had replaced it with a different type of new bin.And to replace for his hibachi the $which I don’t know what’s that.
