I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The amenities mentioned; Better internet, HD cable, Night shuttles, were displayed all over the place during the lease renewal dates.After regular leases started (August 2016) the HD cable sign was removed , Internet service is the slowest available in the area and there was no cable upgrade to HD.I consider this company to be deceitful by using false publicity, and should be somehow reprimanded, either publicly or legally, for those actions, instead of getting away with meaningless excuses.I'm still waiting for the hard copy of an specific apology for deceiving every tenant with false publicity.

below.      Hello [redacted],    Thank you for taking the time to address your concerns with our community. As we have previously discussed, the community upgrades you are speaking of are listed as amenities under your lease agreement and are not guaranteed through your lease agreement.    We do offer complimentary high speed internet throughout our property as well as an extended cable package through comcast. You are more than welcome to chose to upgrade your package past the upgraded channel list at your cost.    Our shuttle service has gone to a limited number of routes (the shuttle schedule does say that it is subject to change) due to resident usage, campus construction,  as well as bus driver availability.    Please understand that while we do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you, we are not able to provide any type of compensation for these issues. You do have access to all three amenities currently and also have access to the CityBus stop located at the entrance of Copper Beech to allow additional bus routes to campus while our bus is running on the limited summer schedule.    As always, please reach out to the office with any further questions or concerns.
