My Husband & I dined at Edelweiss today, 7/27/at 12:53p:mMy Husband fell down the steps leading to the outside sitting areaWe had no ideal that there was an entrance for the handicapped, my Husband, retired Military, went ahead and went down the steps, using his caneThe hostess, knew that he had to use a cane, but didn't tell us about the handicapped entrance until my Husband fellHe didn't gage the last stepMy complaint is, the hostess got mad at us and told us that we should have used the handicapped entrance, that's why they have itWell we didn't know about it or we would have! She was very rude, one of the waitress's rolled her eyes at us as we sat downThe hostess, never came back to even acquire about my HusbandIt was a very embarrassing moment for my Husband, and I think that they could have handled it in a more caring and compassionate way, instead of "blaming us" and making us feel stupidOther customers helped my Husband up, the staff acted "put out"

My Husband & I dined at Edelweiss today, 7/27/2015 at 12:53p:m. My Husband fell down the steps leading to the outside sitting area. We had no ideal that there was an entrance for the handicapped, my Husband, retired Military, went ahead and went down the steps, using his cane. The hostess, knew that he had to use a cane, but didn't tell us about the handicapped entrance until my Husband fell. He didn't gage the last step.
