We did cut out the wet drywall to remove wet fiberglass insulation inside the wall cavity where the hose bib broke. It is not practical or industry standard to cut the drywall the size of an access panel for drying the wall cavity. If the cut out is a little
larger it can be easily repaired and a panel installed. We were aware of the initial complaint of work provided by our subcontractor and reduced the repair charges already by $before taxes. To resolve this dispute with the home owner we agree to reduce the charges as indicated by $
