5 Years ago I purchased all grooming equipment for my new grooming salon from Edemco.
Their tubs got rusty and start leaking after 2 years. Owner agreed to replaced both tubs and said that the new ones will last and not going to rust. Well, 2 years later they are leaking again.
4 grooming tables stopped working and can't go up or down. It took me numerous attempts to call Edemco and ask for parts, so finally after calling them daily they send me parts (8 month later) to fix the tables. To my disappointment they were not compatible with those tables. So I spend $600 for nothing. Called and called again, even spoke with the owner himself and of course the same story as before. Let me call you back…. which never happens.
If you're looking for new grooming equipment DO NOT BUY EDEMCO. You will never get parts needed incase it brakes. Service is terrible. Ask other grooming salons and they will tell you the same.

I placed an order with Edemco through a distributor on August !2 2015. I was told that my grooming table priced at $1,500 would ship out in 6-8 weeks. After 6 weeks I contacted the distributor who informed me that Edemco was shipping out the table that week. After not receiving the table I called both Edemco and the distributor. I was told my table would ship on October 12, 2015 and it never did. I have emailed Edemco twice with no response and called them twice in which a woman said she would call me back after speaking with the owner. I was never called back. Now the distributor is asking for Edemco to pay them back for the table. I apparently will not be receiving a table. Edema has wasted so much of my time and caused be not to look into ordering for a different company that would have sent a table within weeks of ordering.
