This guy is great I'm only leaving this review because I was looking up his phone #, and this link was at the top He did $2000+ of work for me, whereas other places were wanting $3000+ and lesser quality parts I'll be calling him right after this review, to do work on another rental property of mine in the area As far as I can tell, he's a man shop, but he's professional, good at what he does, punctual as any place with people on staff, etc I'll use this guy until he retires!

Another company totally missed what was wrong with the air conditioner and tried to do a quick fix that failed

We came home on a Tuesday from a month-long trip only to find our HVAC system had stopped working We have a geothermal system and contacted the original installer for service After days of promising to come repair it and every excuse imaginable we decided to find someone else to help us; we had been living in degrees and 78% humidity and were miserable We tried calling a couple of HVAC contractors, but they didn't want to touch a geothermal systemAiden S*** was recommended by a friend, and we called him on that Saturday (days after we got home) First, HE ANSWERED HIS PHONE! Second, he was not intimidated by the geothermal system and offered to come out that same day, but since he couldn't order any parts on a Saturday, we just told him to come the following Monday Third, HE SHOWED UP WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD on Monday Within minutes he determined we needed a replacement fan and contacted the manufacturer to have the part over-nightedWe got the part by 10:the next day and called Aiden to tell him we got it He was here in less than two hours and went straight to work installing the new fan and making sure we had the proper freon levels in the systemIn less than two-and-a-half hours our house was cooling again In all my years of home ownership, Aiden has to be one of, if not THE, most professional and responsive contractors we have ever dealt with I HIGHLY recommend Eden Air if you need a great HVAC contractor
