Review: I purchased some hair products from Eden BodyWorks on March 27, and the products I ordered were two of each Coconut Shea pudding souffle, and two Coconut Shea Curl defining creme. They come in 16 oz containers. I received my package on April 2 in a rather small box, small enough to hold only two jars and that is when I realized that they did not send my complete order, and actually had the nerve to attach the invoice saying that I received 4 products when I only received two. I have ordered products from Eden BodyWorks before and had never experienced this problem before. Previously I only ordered two containers of the product, but this time I thought I would get 4 because I really like the product and I use it all of the time I did not want to run out so soon. My total purchase order came to $42.91 with shipping and handling. I contacted the company with the number they had provided on the Website to let them know I have not received my full order and I continue to keep getting automated voice mail that allows me to only leave a message, I can never talk directly to a live agent. The phone number on the Website is # 1-877-578-3336 also, the information on the box that contained my order had this address it was different than the one provided on the last page. The address EDEN BodyWorks c/o Consumer [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the last two containers I never received with my first order. I should be receiving 1 16 oz. Coconut Shea Pudding Souffle, and 1 16 oz. Coconut Shea Curl Defining Creme. If I cannot receive my products I would like for my account to be credited the amount they took out for the purchase of my order. Each product was $8.99 the total amount they would need to credit me back is $17.98. Unfortunately after this experience I will not ever order anything from the website again. It is a great product that I really like using on my hair, but unfortunately the people who are shipping out the orders are not doing the job they were paid to do. Making me take up unnecessary time to file a complaint because I want what I paid for.
