June 19, 2015Dear [redacted] :Eden Cosmetics, LLC, (“Eden”) received your inquiry dated June 12, regarding a complaint made by [redacted] (the “Customer”) concerning the Customer’s order of a makeup kitWe appreciate the opportunity to respond to the Customer’s concerns,Eden has identified that the Customer ordered a makit on May 25, and called customer service to cancel her order on May 26, and requested a full refund for $Customer service communicated that her order was already processed for shipping and therefore could not process a refund.We understand the Customer's frustration with the response she received from customer service and as a result, Eden is changing its refund policy to allow customers to cancel their orders within seventy-two (72) hours and receive a full refund even if the product was shippedThis policy change is effective immediately and should result in higher customer satisfaction and eliminate such complaints in the future.In addition to the refund policy change, the Company has fully refunded [redacted] account for $to the credit card that the she provided at sign-up,Thank you for bringing this matter to our attentionWe trust that this response addresses your inquiryPlease let us know if you have any further questions.Best regards,MsCathy B.Owner
