To whom it may concern; Please be advised that Eden Cove was very diligent about getting pest control services out to Ms [redacted] s apartment as soon as possibleMs [redacted] reported the pest control issues on a Saturday demanding our pest control company come out immediatelyUnfortunately they do not treat on the weekendPest control was scheduled to service her apartment at the earliest time frame after Labor Day, which was the following Tuesday after her requestMs [redacted] also received pest control services additional times to ensure the issue was resolvedMs [redacted] will not be moved to another apartment as the issue has been resolvedIf Ms [redacted] would like additional pest control services she may contact the office as we schedule pest control service throughout our community on a weekly basis Thank you, Eden Cove

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Eden Cove is putting all responsibility on me.As the person from Eden Cove said, they DO NOT HOLD any check, but they DIDN'T EXPLAIN that , and they JUST ACCEPTED MY CHECK when I said HOLD the checkIf they said they are not supposed to hold the check, I wouldn't leave the checkThey didn't either explain their policy to me or followed their own policy by themselves since they just ACCEPTED my check when I said hold the checkThe manage said he would wait one more day until I decide whether moving out or notI told them to hold the check until thenThey just accepted the check, not either rejecting or explaining their policyWhen I went to the office next day, as we agreed, the check was already deposited.It is mistake from Eden CoveI don't know what kind of policy they have until they explain to me They have responsibility to explain their policy when it is needed.I paid stop payment fee by myself to cover their mistakeAnd now they are charging me extra $dollar fee because the check was bouncedThe manager of Eden Cove is the one who told me to stop the payment, And now they are charging me extra $fee on what they told me to do.I want them to discharge the $fee and give me credit for $stop payment fee since this whole problem is from their fault Sincerely, [redacted] ***

To whom it may concern; Here at Eden Cove, residents are our number one priorityUnfortunately service requests do occur on occasion and we do our best to resolve them as quickly as possible, if notified in a timely mannerWe understand Ms [redacted] concerns and rectified the situations as quickly as we possibly couldPest control issues were not reported to Eden Cove until after the health department was calledWe take pride in eliminating such issues and work diligently with our local pest control vendor to service every apartment on a regular basisUpon further review, Ms [redacted] did not leave the apartment in the condition requested per her lease agreementAt this time all charges stand and are accurate with the exception of the tub resurfacing chargeThis charge has been removed leaving a zero balance on her account; however all other charges are accurateMs [redacted] is welcome to purchase a copy of the pictures taken when inspecting the condition of her apartment upon move outMs [redacted] must put this request in writing and allow 7-business days prior to picking up the disc of picturesPlease contact Eden Cove with any further questions Thank you, Eden Cove Management

I am rejecting this response because:As of 01/11/none of the issues I have been reporting to Eden Cove have been resolvedI get excuse after excuse for why it hasn't been doneThey say they resolve all work orders within hours yet still they are not repairedI have even called several times today to check on the status of the repairs and no one ever answers the phoneThe water issue has now been going on for over monthsNot only did I have no hot water the first days I was living here, but have since never had decently hot waterOn Friday 1/6/I was told by the maintenance guy that due to it being on a boiler system I wouldn't have overly hot water and as long as someone was using it I would never have hot waterThat makes no sense seeing has how a friend on the other side of the property never has issues with her waterShe has even come down to check mine and said it was only warm enough to bathe her infant childThis should never have taken this long to repairI am being highly inconvenienced and they act like it is no big deal that I am without hot waterThey have even told me to run just my hot water, yet that is what I do and it never gets hotter than just luke warm

Her check kept getting returned to the corporate office. We had the corporate office mail it to us and she came and picked it up. The issue has been resolved

And now they are charging me extra $45 dollar fee because the check was bounced. The manager of Eden Cove is the one who told me to stop the payment, And now they are charging me extra $45 fee on what they told me to do.I want them to discharge the $45 fee and give me credit for $30 stop payment fee since this whole problem is from their fault.
