Eden DC (Night Club)

Review: Agreed to get table service at the rate of $300 plus whatever amount of gratuity desired by us. When we received the bill for the night the total was $471. When asked to correct the problem, we were told there was no manager on duty and to call back the next day. I tried for almost 2 weeks to call and resolve the saturation but never received a response from the management. Now I'm stuck with paying the extra $171 which was not what we agreed upon.

I signed the receipt for the wrong charge because the club had my credit card and drivers license. Since I am not from the area I had no choice but to sign the receipt to get my items back. They are also known to have credit card fraud when credit cards are left there overnight, hence me not wanting to leave anything there.Desired Settlement: Desired outcome would be to get a refund for the extra amount of $171 that we were charged.
